Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are between Monday and Friday. Please allow up to 7 WORKING DAYS (MON-FRI) for your order to reach you. If your order is placed out of office hours or over the weekend it will be processed the next working day. All deliveries within the UK mainland are carried out by Parcel Force and Royal Mail and can be tracked on-line by visiting the relevant vendor site dependent on who your item was shipped with. At the time of your order being dispatched you will receive an automated email with your tracking number to track the delivery of your goods. Deliveries are usually dispatched within 2 days of an order being complete. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to reach you. Where products are unavailable, you will be notified via email.

Privacy & Security

You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and to confirm you are of legal age if purchasing alcohol. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Returns & Replacements

On the rare occasions a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. We must be notified of such within three working days and the goods returned within a further seven days and are further happy to have these goods collected by our couriers at no extra cost to yourself.

Ordering

In order to complete an order, it must be verified that you are over the age of 18. Orders are subject to availability. All orders can be placed by adding items into your basket and completing the checkout process.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

For each additional bottle ordered, an additional £1.50 per bottle will be added to the cost of shipping. All payments must be made at the time of purchase. All prices are correct at the time of advertising. You agree that due to fluctuating stock levels, goods are available on a ‘first come, first served basis’ and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product. You will be refunded should we be unable to fulfill an order. Any special offers are made available only whilst stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time, without notice.

Once you have placed an order, you should be able to see details of it by logging into your account.

Account Information

You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed either the registration procedure before goods can be ordered and dispatched. You are entirely responsible for the safekeeping of your user name and password and all orders made under such. You must notify us immediately of any known unauthorised user or any other possible breach in security.
